Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Eruera Ra Ruwhiu, farmer, of Cape Runaway (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in, and shall form part of, this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and is subject hereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be an alternating-current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1987, or until a supply of electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee’s generator and proceeding in a southerly direction across a side road to the licensee’s dairy shed.
All being situated in Te Piki No. 2 Block, Block III, Whangaparaoa Survey District, in the County of Opotiki; the said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 710 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres and 13 perches, passing through part Sections 6, 7, and 8, Block XIV, Coast Survey District, and adjoining Section 6, Block IV, Kaitangata Survey District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20806 (S.O. 13349) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revocation of Appointment of Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General has revoked the appointment of the holder for the time being of the office of Staff and Industrial Officer, New Zealand Electricity Department, Wellington, in the service of the Crown, as an officer authorised to take and receive Statutory Declarations under the said Act.
