State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block VIII, Uawa Survey District, Cook County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court, by an order dated the 5th day of April 1966, to be road.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Uawa Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

Land Taken, Subject to a Building-line Restriction and to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line, for an Electrical Substation in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 472902 and to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for an electrical substation, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1967.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Carlyle Survey District, Patea County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
