Prescribing Scale of Principal and Interest Payable Under
Section 333 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 13th day of
March 1967

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby prescribes a
scale of principal and interest payments for loans repayable
over a period of 25 years, with interest at the rate of 5½
percent per annum.

AMOUNT of principal and interest payable during each period
of six months for every £100 of unpaid purchase money or
advance at 5½ percent interest for a period of 25 years:

Loan of £100 for 25 years at 5½ percent per annum
Half-yearly Instalment = £3 14s. 1d.
