Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Hawke’s Bay Electric
    Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1957, Amendment No. 1,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
    Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence
    1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. The principal order is hereby amended by deleting clause
    6 thereof and substituting the following:
    “6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
    continue in force until the 2nd day of March 1968.”

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the South Canterbury Electric
    Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1958, Amendment No. 2,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
    South Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence
    1958* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order) which
    said order was amended by Order in Council dated the 8th
    day of June 1966, and published in the Gazette on the 16th
    day of the same month at page 950.

  2. The principal order is hereby amended by deleting clause
    6 thereof and substituting the following:
    “6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
    continue in force until the 30th day of June 1967.”

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council
of 14 December 1966, published in the Gazette of 21 Decem-
ber 1966, page 2230, authorising the Wellington Harbour Board
to construct a breakwater in Wellington Harbour, by inserting
the date 31 December 1971 in place of the completion date
30 November 1967.

Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waitemata County
Council to reclaim from Whau River that area, being an area
of 4 acres and 21 perches, as shown edged green on plan M.D.
12501 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
Wellington, being land vested in Auckland Harbour Board.

to the Whangarei County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 15.8 perches situated in
Block XV, Whangarei Survey District, North Auckland R.D.,
adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 25907, being part
Waitaiki Block; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 21104 (S.O. 43165) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green.
