A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 11th day of November 1957, to be road.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of
Street at Pomare
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Lower Hutt City Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

Revoking a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Police
Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Rangiora

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice dated 1 October 1965 and published in Gazette, 21 October 1965, Volume III, page 1813, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 667168, setting apart Crown land for police purposes (residence) in the Borough of Rangiora.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of February 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Taupo Borough Council Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1965, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Taupo Borough Council Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1965* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
- The principal order is hereby amended by adding to paragraph 2 thereof the following:
“and to construct and use the additional line described in Clause 4 of the said Schedule”. - The principal order is hereby further amended by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following:
