RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Stormwater Drainage Loan 1966, £200,000

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £200,000, authorised to be raised by the Manukau City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of stormwater drainage construction within the urban areas of the City of Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one four pence (.14d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the City of Manukau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Service Buildings Loan 1966, £100,000

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £100,000, authorised to be raised by the Manukau City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing service buildings consisting of workshops, toilet and changing rooms, canteen facilities, and yard development, within the City of Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought six five pence (.065d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the City of Manukau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly, on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Wellington City Karori Cemetery (Crematorium) Loan 1966,

of £18,500

The following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 6th day of March 1967:

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eighteen thousand five hundred pounds (£18,500) to be known as the Wellington City Karori Cemetery (Crematorium) Loan 1966, of £18,500, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improving Karori Cemetery Crematorium, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought seven of a penny (.007d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Wellington City Housing Additional Loan (Newtown Park Flats Stage I) 1966, of £60,000

The following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 6th day of March 1967:

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of sixty thousand pounds (£60,000) to be known as the Wellington City Housing Additional Loan (Newtown Park Flats Stage I) 1966, of £60,000, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting the additional costs of erecting public rental flats and pensioner units at Newtown Park, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one one of a penny (.011d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

OAMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Pensioner Housing Loan 1967

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Oamaru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £2,200, authorised to be raised by the Oamaru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for Pensioner Housing, Clare Street, the said Oamaru Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0079 pence in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Oamaru; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be paid half-yearly in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 40 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Abattoir Loan 1966

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Oamaru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on a loan of £10,000, authorised to be raised by the Oamaru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for alterations and additions to the Oamaru Borough Abattoir, the said Oamaru Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.064 pence in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Oamaru; and that the said special rate shall be paid as an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be paid half-yearly in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

"That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £19,500, authorised to be raised by the Taumarunui Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing pensioner flats within the borough, the Taumarunui Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of point two two two pence (.222d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Taumarunui; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of November in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully repaid."
