DUNEDIN CITY CORPORATION
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called “the Corporation”) proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, to lay out, pursuant to section 170 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, a new street between High Street and Maclaggan Street, providing access from Manse Street to Rattray Street, in the City of Dunedin; and, for the purpose of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken for the purpose of street; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Municipal Chambers, The Octagon, Dunedin, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work, or the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send such written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, namely, the 18th day of February 1967, to the Town Clerk of the Corporation; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and that each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Patangata County Council proposes to:
(a) Take the land in the First Schedule hereto for road;
(b) Close those portions of road in the Second Schedule hereto; and
(c) Sever those portions of road in the Third Schedule hereto.
All of which land is at that part of Farm Road, Waipukurau, which is known as Tangitupara Bridge.
And notice is further given that a plan of the land to be taken for road, and of the portion of road to be closed, is deposited in the office of the Patangata County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours; and persons objecting to the proposal to take the said land and close the said portions of road must lodge their objections, in writing, at the office of the Patangata County Council, on or before the 2nd day of April 1967.
