THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
(1) This order may be cited as the Otago Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1953, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with, and deemed part of the Otago Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1953* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order), which said order was amended by Order in Council dated the 2nd day of May 1955, published in the Gazette on the 5th day of May 1955 at page 734, and by Order in Council dated the 28th day of January 1959, published in the Gazette on the 5th day of February 1959 at page 105, and further amended by Order in Council dated the 21st day of July 1965, published in the Gazette on the 29th day of July 1965 at page 1205.
(2) The principal order is hereby amended by deleting clause 4 thereof and substituting the following:
β4. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 10th day of April 1967.β

Vesting Reclaimed Land in the Raglan Harbour Board

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of February 1967

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Raglan Harbour Board, on and from the 31st day of January 1967, the land described in the Schedule hereto, for harbour purposes.

0 0 18.7} edged red, on S.O. Plan 43388, now numbered

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

The Kiritehere Cemetery Closing Order 1967

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Kiritehere Cemetery Closing Order 1967.

It is hereby directed that the Kiritehere Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of August 1967.

As from the 31st day of August 1967 the control and management of the closed Kiritehere Cemetery shall vest in the Waitomo County Council.

KIRITEHERE CEMETERY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section 5, Block VI, Marakopa Survey District.

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the Upper Motueka Valley Cemetery Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1967. -
The Waimea County Council is hereby appointed to have the control and management of the Upper Motueka Valley Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 31st day of March 1967.

The Order in Council dated the 10th day of September 1941*, delegating to the Waimea County Council the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the Upper Motueka Valley Cemetery is hereby revoked.

UPPER MOTUEKA VALLEY CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 129 (formerly Part Rural Section I), District of Upper Motueka, situated in Block XIII, Wai-iti Survey District, and being also the balance of land in Conveyance 9d/18231 (Deeds Index 7/521) (S.O. Plan 9241).

(1) This order may be cited as the Waimea West Cemetery Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1967. -
The Waimea County Council is hereby appointed to have the control and management of the Waimea West Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 31st day of March 1967.

(1) The delegation to the Waimea County Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933* is hereby revoked.
