PURSUANT to section 326 of the Niue Act 1966, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby takes the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the following public
purposes, namely, education.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 16.5 perches, more
or less, situated in the district of Alofi in the island of Niue,
Cook Islands, being the whole of the land known as Paliati
Section 19, Block II, Alofi District, and being all the land
comprised in an order of the Land Court, made on the 7th
day of November 1941, on investigation of title; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan signed by the
Resident Commissioner of Niue and deposited in the office
of the Registrar, Land Court, Niue, under number 49.
