A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 20th day of February 1967.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for service lanes, and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Stratford as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 20th day of February 1967.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Stratford,
Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen


BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a
site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HOBSON COUNTY

PART Section 23, Block X, Waipoua Survey District: Area,
3 roods 1 perch, more or less. As shown on the plan marked
L. and S. 6/6/1242c deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red

areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board as sites for
public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY

RESERVE 698, situated in Block II, Brunner Survey District,
being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 2C, folio 6:
Area, 4 acres, more or less. S.O. Plan 1926.

being balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 2D,
folio 859: Area, 2 roods 3.6 perches, more or less. D.P. 927.

Reserve 1338 (formerly Section 100), situated in Block XI,
Mawheranui Survey District, being all the land in certificate
of title, Volume 2C, folio 31: Area, 2 acres, more or less.
