CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 13th day of October 1966, and published in Gazette, 8 December 1966, No. 76, p. 2029, taking land for road in Block III, Porangahau Survey District, Patangata County, for the figures “0 0 22.4” read “0 2 22.4”, which last-mentioned figures appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 0.7 perches situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 305; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20940 (S.O. 10716) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
