It is hereby directed that the Hillersden Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of June 1967.

As from the 30th day of June 1967 the control and management of the closed Hillersden Cemetery shall vest in the Marlborough County Council.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing 4 acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less, being Section 13, Block IV, Mount Olympus Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Mangatete Stream Pollution Control Order 1966.
(2.) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- All those portions of the Mangatete Stream and its tributaries which are within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Taranaki County Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District situated in the County of Taranaki, containing an area of 2,240 acres approximately, being that portion of the watershed of the Mangatete Stream and its tributaries from the boundary of the Egmont National Park to the existing intake of the supply of water to the township of Okato and district; as is more particularly delineated on a plan held in the Head Office of the Department of Health at Wellington and numbered 125/253 (being a copy of Survey Office Plan 9857), and thereon edged red.

- (1) This order may be cited as the Ahuriri Rabbit District Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- The boundaries of the Ahuriri Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 20th day of March 1957* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE AHURIRI RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Counties of Vincent and Waitaki, containing 219,300 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the summit of Mount Huxley in Hunter Survey District, and proceeding generally southerly along the summit of the Barrier Range to Mount Peterson; thence generally south-easterly along the generally south-western boundary of Section 1, Block I, Campbell Survey District, to the north-western corner of Run 556; thence generally south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Run 556 and its production to the middle of the Ahuriri River; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Run 201A; thence generally southerly to, and along, that boundary, south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary, and generally north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Run 201A to the north-eastern corner of Run 679; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Run 679 and its production to the north-western side of No. 8 State Highway; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 732, 235D, and 235A to the middle of Pass Burn; thence generally south-westerly down the middle of Pass Burn to its confluence with the Lindis River; thence generally north-easterly up the middle of Lindis River to its confluence with Breast Creek; thence generally westerly up the middle of Breast Creek to the north-eastern boundary of Run 236; thence north-westerly along that boundary to and north-easterly along, the north-western boundaries of Runs 235A and 233, to the southernmost corner of Run 433; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Run 433 to the southern boundary of the provisional State forest; thence westerly along that boundary to the middle of a creek; thence north-westerly down the middle of that creek to its confluence with the Dingle Burn; thence north-easterly up the middle of the Dingle Burn to the south-eastern boundary of Run 94; thence south-westerly along that boundary and north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Run 94 to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF THE WAIPAWA-NGARURORO RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, comprising parts of the Counties of Rangitikei, Hawke’s Bay, Waipawa, Waipukurau, and Patangata, containing approximately 586,000 acres, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the summit of the Ruahine Range, in Block IX, Wakarara Survey District, due west of the headwaters of Gold Creek, and proceeding northerly generally along the summit of that range to the southernmost corner of part 1c Awarua Block, Hawke’s Bay Land District; thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundaries of part Awarua 1c Block, Te Koau A Block, Lot 1, D.P. 4425, and the southern boundary of Lot 1, and its production to the south-western boundary of Block 78, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; thence south-easterly along that boundary of the said Block 78 to the north-western side of a public road, along a right line to, and again along, that boundary to the south-eastern boundary of the said Block 78; thence north-easterly along that boundary of the said Block 78 to the western side of a public road, along a right line to, and again along, that boundary to the north-eastern boundary of the said Block 78; thence north-westerly along that boundary of the said Block 78 and its production to the middle of the Taruarau River; thence down that river and the Ngaruroro River to the middle of No. 50 State Highway; thence south-easterly along the middle of that highway to, and along the middle of, the Hastings-Fernhill Road to, and along the middle of, Omahu Road, to, and along the middle of, Heretaunga Street, in the City of Hastings, to, and along the middle of, the Hastings-Waimarama Road, through the Borough of Havelock North to, and along the middle of, a public road in Block I, Kidnapper Survey District, forming the northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 2228, Lot 1, D.P. 2435, and Lot 1, D.P. 3450, and the production of that road’s middle line to, and down the middle of, the Tukituki River to the sea coast; thence easterly and southerly generally along the sea coast to the north-east corner of Block 40, Mangakuri Crown Grant District, Block IV, Pourerere Survey District; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-east and north-west boundaries of
