PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block X, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 11 (2) of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru, and be under the control and management of the Timaru City Council.

Authorising the Wellington Harbour Board to Construct a Breakwater in Wellington Harbour

PURSUANT to section 185 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Wellington Harbour Board to construct a breakwater in Wellington Harbour, at Lowry Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12108 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, provided that the work is carried out concurrently with the reclamation authorised by Order in Council of 26 April 1966*, as also shown on plan M.D. 12108, and that the whole work is completed by 30 November 1967, in the manner prescribed by the said Act.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Mount Roskill Borough Council to reclaim from the sea, at Boat Bay, Manukau Harbour, an area of 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, as a recreation reserve; as shown red on plan marked MD 12438 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being part of the land described in the Manukau Harbour Control Act 1911.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby further amends the Orders in Council specified in previous Schedules, authorising the Taranaki Electric Power Board to erect and use electric lines, by further extending the duration of the said Orders in Council until the 16th day of July 1967, the duration of the said Orders in Council having been extended until the 16th day of January 1967 by the Order in Council dated the 15th day of June 1966, and published in the Gazette on the 30th day of the same month, at page 1026.
