Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward
Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
appoint
John Andrew Jackson
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under, and for the purposes
of, the said Act; appointment to date from the 2nd day of
December 1966.
