NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated 22 September 1966, confirming the
reduction of capital of the above-named company from
£71,280 to £46,332 and the minute approved by the Court
showing, with respect to the capital of the company as
altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Com-
panies on the 11th day of October 1966.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"That the capital of Wardells Buildings (Christchurch)
Ltd. is henceforth £46,332, divided into 39,600 fully-paid
ordinary "A" shares of 13s. each and 31,680 ordinary "B"
shares of 13s. each having been reduced from 71,280, divided
into 39,600 ordinary "A" shares of £1 each, and 31,680
ordinary "B" shares of £1 each."

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes,
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to
execute a certain public work, namely, to widen portion
of Carlyle Street in the City of Napier, and for the purpose
of such public work the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street; and, also,
deeming it expedient in connection with the said public
work, proposes to take under the provisions of section 191
of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the
land so required to be taken is deposited in the public
office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in
Tennyson Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without
fee, by all persons, during ordinary office hours.
