IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Errol Henry Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an entry dated 11 October 1966, in the minute book of Errol Henry Ltd., the shareholders of the company passed the following extraordinary resolution:

"That, as it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that, in pursuance of section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Mr Neil John Owens, public accountant, of Christchurch, be nominated as liquidator of the company."
