A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland Harbour Bridge and shall vest in the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority, subject to Order in Council 13075, authorising the laying off of an underwidth street, subject to a building-line restriction, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day of October 1964, published in Gazette, 26 November 1964, Volume III, page 2218, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 617902, taking land for the purposes of a service lane, and vesting same in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui, such land being no longer required.
