State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Land Taken for a Maori School in Block VIII, Tongariro Survey District, Taumarunui County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of October 1966.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres and 23·8 perches, situated in Block VIII, Tongariro Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Okahukura 8M 2C 2C 2B; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20502 (S.O. 26494) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1966.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Waitara

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Waitara Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1966.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Moeangiangi Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:
