RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Staff Housing Loan 1966 (£8,000)

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £8,000, authorised to be raised by the Vincent County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and existing houses and the construction of additions to the Council’s staff house at Luggate, the said Vincent County Council hereby makes a special rate of nought point nought three two pence (0·032d.) in the pound (£1) on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property of the special rating area comprising the whole of the County of Vincent; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Vincent County Council held on the 22nd day of September 1966.

BOROUGH OF MILTON

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

“THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and all other powers in that behalf enabling it, the Milton Borough Council hereby resolves that, for the purpose of repayment of the Hall Loan 1965, £13,850, and interest thereon, the Council appropriates and pledges a special annually recurring rate of 1d. in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Milton, comprising the whole of the Borough of Milton.”

Changes to the One Tree Hill Borough District Scheme
Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, were approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting held on 20 September 1966.

The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of November 1966, by which date certified copies of the scheme changes, as approved, will be deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.

Papatoetoe District Scheme—Proposed Change

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 27th day of September 1966, Council has recommended that the operative District Scheme be changed by providing a 40 ft street between Kolmar Road and Shirley Road, coloured yellow on plan reference No. 13/269.

The proposed change has been deposited in the offices of the City Council, St. George Street, Papatoetoe, the Public Library, St. George Street, Papatoetoe, and the District Land Registrar’s Office, Auckland, for inspection, without fee, by all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the proposed change shall be made by way of written notice in form E, described in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objection to Scheme Change”, and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 2nd day of December 1966.

An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Council office.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk, in writing, within a period of which public notice will be given.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Papakura Borough Council, made on 26 September 1966, the following change of the Papakura district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953:
