Every person concerned and every local authority in the
district as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited
to submit full information as to the proposals (including
public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be
considered in the preparation of the scheme.

Proposals, marked “Raglan County District Scheme”,
should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at
the County Clerk’s office on or before the 20th day of
February 1967.

KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 38A of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, of an application
received from J. W. Rolfe (Manawatu Auto Wreckers Ltd.)
to erect an office and amenity building and a workshop and
store on land described as part Rural Section 411, Town of
Palmerston North, occupied by the applicant, and situated on
Napier Road (State Highway 3) at Whakarongo.

Every person who claims to be affected may object to the
proposed use of the land, and shall have a right to be heard
by the Council, in person or by counsel, and to call evidence
in support of his contentions, if he advises the Council to
that effect, in writing, not later than noon on Tuesday, 11
October 1966. Every such notice shall state the grounds
of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard
in support of his objection.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the
day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
