Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway in the Borough of Tawa

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of September 1954, published in Gazette, 7 October 1954, Volume III, at page 1553, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 5170, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Foxton motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 130, 131, and 132, D.P. 14282, and being part Section 50, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20540 (S.O. 26521) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Declaring Road in Block XI, Maungaru Survey District, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of August 1966
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road in the County of Hobson situated in Block XI, Maungaru Survey District, commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 13 of the said Block XI, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 6 chains; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20559 (S.O. 45011) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, thereon coloured red and marked B-A.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road in the Rodney County situated in Blocks I, II, V, and VI, Tauhoa Survey District, commencing at the south-eastern boundary of Lot 20, L.T. 55569, situated in Block I, Tauhoa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a generally south-easterly, north-easterly, and north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 500 chains, and terminating on the southern side of Run Road.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 20573 (S.O. 45059) and M.O.W. 20574 (S.O. 45060) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and marked A-B-C-D-E.
