Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VIII, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 3·1 perches situated in Block VIII, Whakatane Survey District, being part Allotment 31p 3E, Rangitaiki Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20433 (S.O. 42421) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Taken for Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Whakatane Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 13 and part Lot 1, D.P. 40379 to the stormwater drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 521408, North Auckland Land Registry, for the development of water power (Hepburn Road Substation) and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.
