State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of The Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Revocation of a Proclamation Declaring Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 (2) of the Maori Housing Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke a Proclamation made on 10 March 1964, and published in the Gazette on 19 March 1964, No. 16, page 475, in so far as the said Proclamation affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26 perches situated in Block II, Wairau Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Section 158, Town of Oakura. Part certificate of title, Volume 15, folio 29, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Town of Pourakino, described as follows:

0 1 27·2 Part Section 22.
0 0 24·3 Part Section 20.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20004 (S.O. 6422) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
