A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of November 1963 and published in Gazette, 21 November 1963, Volume III, page 1858, and deposited in the Land Registry Office of North Auckland as No. 20189, defining the middle line of a portion of the Grafton Gully - Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland, in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 2835, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 475, folio 158, North Auckland Land Registry.
