M.O.W. 5131 (S.O. 41160) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue,
edged blue.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Wellington from and after the 20th day of June 1966.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act
1948 as from the 20th day of June 1966.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 5·9 perches
situated in Block III, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., being part Rural Section 676. All the land in Pro-
clamation No. 611199, Canterbury Land Registry.

Licensing Claude Charles Johnstone to Erect a Boatshed
and Slipway on Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at
Long Bay Road, Coromandel Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Claude Charles Johnstone
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include
his executors, administrators, or assigns unless the context
requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Long Bay, Coromandel
Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12287 and de-
posited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington,
for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed and slip-
way as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
    lations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
    so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
    day of June 1966.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five
    pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the
    licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard
Specifications being Circulated

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the draft New Zealand
standard specifications listed in the Schedule hereto are
being circulated.

All persons who may be affected by these specifications and
who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain
copies on loan from the Standards Association of New
Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.

The closing dates for the receipt of comment on the respec-
tive drafts are shown in the third column of the said
Schedule.
