PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Mabel Whittaker, wife of Henry Parkinson Whittaker, of Mangatarata, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 647, folio 177, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 20th day of June 1966.
