PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for post office purposes (V.H.F. station) from and after the 13th day of June 1966.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·7 of a perch situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D. and being part Lot 7B of Kaiti 3371 Block M.L. 2473, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20080 (S.O. 5640) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (V.H.F. Station) in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, City of Gisborne, Subject as to Part to Certain Easements

———

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. station); and also declares that an easement is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. station) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay an underground telephone cable and to erect and support V.H.F. station aerials, with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen from time to time at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land and to maintain and repair the said telephone cable and aerials for the purpose of operating the said V.H.F. station, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule from and after the 13th day of June 1966.

Revocation of Licences Issued for Albertland Cruising Club Landing Ramp and Wharf at Port Albert

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licences granted on 7 March and 23 November 1956* to Albertland Cruising Club to use and occupy the foreshore and bed of the sea as sites for a landing ramp and wharf at Port Albert, as shown on plans M.D. 9988 and M.D. 10117 respectively, are hereby revoked.

Licensing Takapuna City Council to Lay Two Boat Launching Ramps at Takapuna Beach

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Takapuna City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Takapuna Beach, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12037A and M.D. 12037B and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon two boat launching ramps as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1966.

  3. The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) ($2).
