Additional Land at Wanganui Taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway (Aramoho-Wanganui Deviation)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into; the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway (Aramoho-Wanganui Deviation) from and after the 13th day of June 1966.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Waihi Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a volunteer drill-shed to a reserve for municipal purposes, and further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waihi, in trust, for municipal purposes.
