SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1966.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six pounds ten shillings (£6 10s.) ($13).

Licensing Albertland Cruising Club to Maintain a Boat Launching Ramp and Wharf on Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Port Albert

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Albertland Cruising Club (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Albert, as shown on plans marked M.D. 9988 and M.D. 10117 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat launching ramp and wharf as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. This licence shall expire on 22 November 1970.
  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) ($6).
  4. Vessels belonging to other than club members shall be charged fees in accordance with the following scale for the use of the launching ramp:

Vessels up to 18 feet, 2s. (20c).
Vessels 18 feet and over, 5s. (50c).

South Auckland Education Board—Election of Member

PURSUANT to the Education Boards Administration Regulations 1965, it is hereby notified that Arthur John Ingram was the sole nomination received to fill the extraordinary vacancy in the No. 9, Matamata-Tokoroa Ward of the Education Board of the District of South Auckland, caused by the death of Mr M. P. Smith.

I hereby declare Arthur John Ingram duly elected to fill the vacancy in the above-mentioned ward.

Classification of State Highway

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes so much of the Warrant dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the State highway described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the said State highway shall belong to the class as set out in the said Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1935, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as Waihi Pukawa Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
