Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Blocks XV
and XVI, Maungamangero Survey District, and Block III,
Awakino East Survey District, Waitomo County
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office of Te Kuiti and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for State Forest Purposes in Block XII, Waimea Survey District, and Block I, Kaniere Survey District
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto for State forest purposes; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post offices of Kumara and Hokitika respectively, and are there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking of such land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send such written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953-Tauranga City District Scheme: Notice of Extension of Period of Effectiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the Tauranga City Council in the interests of the Tauranga City District Scheme, which refusal or prohibition but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of May 1967 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of May 1967.

Licensing Wanaka Holiday Services Ltd., to Maintain a Fuelling Jetty on Part of the Lakeshore and Bed of the Lake at Lake Wanaka
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Wanaka Holiday Services Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the lakeshore and bed of the lake as shown on plan marked M.D. 12301 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a fuelling jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1966.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits M. T. Burrill Ltd., Frederick Leslie Mabey, Murray John Mabey, Irene Amy Francis Hale, Reginald Garth Cooper, and Patricia Mavis Cooper, acting as trustees for the Port Fitzroy Stock Loading Committee (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Fitzroy, at Great Barrier Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12296 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a stock loading ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule and the Second Schedule hereto.
