A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1966.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block VIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (part Awakeri Section) and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road to be constructed over Blocks IX, X, and XIV, Runanga Survey District and Block II, Tarawera Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Tirau-Napier State Highway No. 5 (Runanga Section) shall be defined and set forth in the First and Second Schedules hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20261 referred to in the First and Second Schedules hereto.
