A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1966.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 25 perches situated in Block VI, Newcastle Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. 33251; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20302 (S.O. 43121) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1966.
