WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and it is desired to vary the same:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all references to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft Amendment to the New Zealand Standard Model Building Bylaw (NZSS 1900) Chapter 9: Design and Construction—Division 9.3:1964: Concrete
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned draft amendment is being circulated under the reference No. D. 8678.
All persons who may be affected by this amendment and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies free of charge from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.
The closing date for receipt of comment is 3 June 1966.
NOTE—This amendment, when declared, will have the effect of extending the proviso to clause 9.3.20.1 relating to the placing of concrete, whereby “unfavourable weather conditions” will include any other unfavourable conditions in addition to the existing provisions.

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election
(Notice No. Ag. 8387)
PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers’ representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; also at the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Oamaru, Dunedin, Roxburgh, and Alexandra, and at the office of B. H. Pettit, Public Accountant, Metropolitan Fire Brigade Building, Castle Street, Dunedin.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 16 May 1966, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 8th day of June 1966.

Describing the Boundaries of the Motueka Abattoir District and Specifying the Controlling Authority of the Said District

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Meat Act 1964 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purpose of the said Act, notice is hereby given as follows:
- The Motueka Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the district of the Motueka Borough as from time to time constituted, and all that area in the Waimea County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of Tasman Bay in line with the northern boundary of Section 31, Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, thence proceeding westerly generally to and along that boundary, the western boundary of the said Section 31 and the northern boundaries of Sections 2 of 17 and 32, Block XII aforesaid, to the north-western corner of the said Section 32, being a point on the western boundary of Block XII aforesaid; thence southerly along that boundary to the south-western corner of section 101, Block XII aforesaid, being a point on the northern boundary of Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; westerly generally along that boundary to the north-western corner of Section 77, Block X aforesaid; thence southerly along the western boundary of the last-mentioned section to and down the left bank of the Riwaka River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 59, Block X aforesaid; thence again southerly across
