Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District, Waimate West County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 16th day of May 1966.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Cheviot Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Lunn Mulcock, of Cheviot, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in Volume 521, folio 205, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purpose of a road from and after the 16th day of May 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated 16 December 1965, and published in Gazette, 27 January 1966, No. 3, page 91, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to height restrictions contained in memorandum No. K 190974 Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; and subject to building-line and hoarding restrictions contained in memorandum No. K 96394 Hawke’s Bay Land Registry in so far as it affects Lots 1 to 7 (inclusive) and 11 to 16 (inclusive) as from the 16th day of May 1966.
