Survey District crossing all intervening roads and along the
western. boundaries of Sections 235, 234, 232, and 231, Block
VII, Motueka Survey District, to the south-western boundary
of the last-mentioned sections; thence easterly along the
southern boundaries of Sections 231 aforesaid, 230, and 200,
Block VII aforesaid, crossing intervening roads, to the left
bank of the Moutere River, thence down the left bank of
that river.to the Jubilee Bridge; thence in a southerly direction
along the Richmond-Collingwood State Highway to Bests Road
at the western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 2031, Block XVI, Motueka
Survey District; thence along Bests Road and Dominion Road
to the main coast road between Mapua and Nelson; and
continuing in a right line to the Tasman Bay coast; thence
along the coast in an easterly direction past Mapua Township
and continuing in a generally northerly direction along the
shore of Tasman Bay to the point of commencement.

2. The Motueka Abattoir Co. Ltd. shall be the controlling
   Authority of the Motueka abattoir.
