At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of April 1966

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Ohakuri Road and Tutukau Road, situated in Block IV, Tatuа Survey District, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 21 of the aforesaid Block IV and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 130 chains and terminating at the north-western corner of Section 27 of the aforesaid Block IV; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20275 (S.O. 41550) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked B-C.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 7th day of April 1954, and published in the Gazette, No. 23, of the 8th day of the same month, at page 544, appointing five non-elective members of the Otago Catchment Board by deleting therefrom: “Senior Pedologist, Soil Bureau, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Dunedin”, and substituting “Scientist, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Dunedin”.

PURSUANT to the Rabbit Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the East Waikato Rabbit District Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the East Waikato Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 18th day of August 1965* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE EAST WAIKATO RABBIT DISTRICT
