Land Taken for the Erection and Maintenance of a Sub-Station
In the Borough of Blenheim
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the erection and maintenance of a sub-station and shall vest in the Marlborough Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1966.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 0·44 Part of the land on D.P. 804, being part Section 1, Omaka Registration District.
0 0 4·43 Part Lot 1, D.P. 1727, being part Section 1, Omaka Registration District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20191 (S.O. 4695) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of April 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 19th day of March 1963, to be road.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 16 perches situated in Block II and III, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Kakiraawa 2b 2m Block and shown as Lot 14 on the plan marked M.O.W. 20290 (M.L. 2187) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) stops the said road.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Mapara Road, situated in Block I, Tauhara Survey District, commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 2 of the aforesaid Block I and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 87 chains and terminating at the westernmost corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Block I; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20257 (S.O. 43221) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
