the easternmost corner of Block XVI, Wairere Survey District;
thence along a right line from the said Trig. Station No. 909 to
Trig. Station No. 146, Te Weraiti, being the westernmost corner
of Block IV, Opoutihi Survey District; thence south-easterly
along the north-eastern boundary of Block I, Tapapa East Survey
District, to the middle of the public road forming the
generally south-eastern boundary of Section 60, Selwyn Settlement;
thence again south-easterly and south-westerly along the
north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Matamata
County as described in Gazette 1950, page 277, to a point
due east of the southern boundary of Block VII, Tapapa East
Survey District; thence due west along a right line to and
along the southern boundaries of Blocks VII, VI, V, and IV,
all blocks being of the aforesaid survey district, to and
generally southerly along the generally eastern boundaries of
Block XII, Tapapa Survey District, and Block IV, Patetere
North Survey District, along the generally north-eastern and
south-eastern boundaries of Section 166 to and along the
north-western boundaries of Sections 76 and 77A, along a
right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced across
State Highway No. 5 to and along the southern side of that
highway and along the generally western boundaries of Section
77, part Section 1, and again southerly along the eastern
boundary of Patetere North Survey District, to and easterly
and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of
Whaitikuranui part 1A 5, part N 1A (Scenic Reserve, N.Z.
Gazette 1907, page 2303), along a right line crossing the
Rotorua Branch Railway, and continuing along the eastern
boundaries of Whaitikuranui part N 1A and part 1B Y (Scenic
Reserve, Gazette 1907, page 2303), to the south-western corner
of Section 2, Block VIII, Patetere North-east Survey District;
thence easterly generally along the southern boundary of the
said section, along the western and southern boundaries of
Section 10, Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District, along the
western boundary of Section 2, Block I, Horohoro Survey
District, along that boundary produced across a public road
which forms the northern boundary of Section 8, Block I,
Horohoro Survey District, to and along the southern side of
that public road to the eastern boundary of the Matamata
County as described in Gazette 1950, page 277, and southerly
along that boundary to the middle of the Mokaihaha Stream;
thence generally westerly down the middle of that stream,
down the middle of the Opakau Stream to and northerly
along the eastern boundary of Te Ranga No. 2, and that
boundary produced to the middle of the Whakapiwai Stream;
thence down the middle of that stream and the Ngutuwera
Stream to and southerly along the middle of the Te Rere
Road to the middle of State Highway No. 1 in Block III,
Patetere South Survey District; thence again westerly generally
along the middle of the aforesaid highway to and along the
middle of the Wiltsdown Road to a point in line with the
western boundary of Waotu South No. 14 in Block I, Patetere
South Survey District; thence southerly along the said western
boundary, to and westerly, southerly, and easterly along the
northern, western, and southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P.
22069, to and southerly and westerly generally along the
eastern and southern boundaries of parts Matanuku No. 3,
comprised in certificates of title, Volume 47, folios 216 and
217, to and southerly along the western boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. 21949, to and westerly along the northern boundaries
of parts of Matanuku 2B 2, 2F 2, 2G 2, and 2E 2, shown on
D.P. 21718, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary
to the middle of the Waikato River (Arapuni Lake) in Block
VIII, Wharepapa Survey District; thence northerly generally
down the middle of the Arapuni Lake, Waikato River, and
Karapiro Lake to a point in line with the western boundary
of Lot 2, D.P. 36274, in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District;
thence generally northerly along a right line crossing the said
State Highway No. 1 to and along that western boundary of
the aforesaid Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 28925, to and along
the western boundary of part IV, D.P. 3300, and along a
right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the
middle of Taotaoroa Road; thence along the middle of that
road, the middle of Todds Road, and the middle of Buckland
Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of
Section 9, Block XI, Cambridge Survey District; thence along
a right line to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section
9 aforesaid, the north-eastern end of Dunnings Road, the
north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, of Allotment 2, of Section
2, and Section 8, Block XI, Cambridge Survey District, to
and north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundaries
of parts Hinuera No. 2 Block along the western, southern,
and eastern boundaries of Lot 9A, D.P. 2757, to a point in
line with the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 42, D.P.
2756; thence along a right line across Oliver’s Road, to and
along that last-mentioned boundary, along the generally
southern and eastern boundaries of Sections 4 and 1, Block

boundary produced through Lot 2, D.P. 16072, being parts of
Wairenga and Taramoarahi No. 1 Blocks, and across a public
road, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 12
and 5, D.P. 8974, being parts of the said Taramoarahi No. 1
Block, and a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary

the middle of the Waihou River; thence up the middle of that
river to and up the middle of the Wairere Stream to a point
in line with the eastern boundary of Section 11, of Block XI,
Wairere Survey District; thence along a right line, to and along
the said eastern boundary, to and along the southern and
south-eastern boundaries of Maurihoro A Block, (Scenic
Reserve, New Zealand Gazette, 1936, page 2188), to the point
