State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

0 0 29 All that piece of land situate in the City of Auckland, being Lot 82, Deposited Plan 37963, and being part Allotment 38, District of Tamaki, which said piece of land is part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 2103, folio 36 (North Auckland Registry), subject to K. 116437 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage and storm water.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by Philip Frank Gollan, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 1449, folio 34, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, held by Philip Frank Gollan, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 1449, folio 34, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of May 1966.
