ALL that area in the Nelson Land District bounded by a line
commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 3202,
and proceeding north-westerly along a right line bearing 305°
29' 20" to a point on the seaward low-water mark of the
Boulder Bank; thence south-westerly along the said seaward
low-water mark of the Boulder Bank to a point due west of
the northernmost corner of Section 1132, City of Nelson;
thence due east along a right line to the northernmost corner
of the said Section 1132; thence south-easterly along the north-
eastern boundary of the said Section 1132 to its easternmost
corner; thence south-easterly along a right line to the western-
most corner of Lot 3, D.P. 3202, the point of commencement.

the following order.

   from the County of Lake and included in the Borough of
   Queenstown.

4. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
   the said borough shall be deemed to have been effected under

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County,
Queenstown Riding, containing 31 acres and 1 rood, more or
less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern
corner of Section 34, Block XX, Shotover Survey District,
and proceeding southerly along the eastern boundary of that
section and its production to the middle of No. 6 State High-
way; thence south-westerly along the middle of that highway
to a point in line with the middle of a road forming the
western boundary of Lots 2 and 3, D. P. 6818; thence southerly
to and along the middle of that road to the northern shore
of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu; thence south-westerly
along that shore to a point in line with the western boundary
of Lot 1, D.P. 7817; thence northerly to and along that
boundary and the western boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 7817, and
Lot 1, D.P. 6919, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the northern side of No. 6 State Highway; thence
north-westerly along the northern side of that highway to the
westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 6822; thence north-easterly

persons;

and also appoints on and from the 21st day of March 1966:

Conrad Wilson Hamann, Esquire, A.C.S.E., M.I.C.E.,
M.I.STRUCT.E., F.N.Z.I.E., of Christchurch, to be a member
of the Distribution Committee for the provision of
recreational facilities and the encouragement of beneficial
activities by young people.

The Order in Council made on the 21st day of March 1966
and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 31st day of
March 1966, No. 19, page 559, appointing a member of the
Distribution Committee for the provision of recreational facili-
