A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the treatment and disposal of sewage and refuse and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Dannevirke from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1966.
