Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

SECTIONS 3, 12, 13, 14, and 17, Block V, Opuawhanga Survey District, Whangarei County: Total area, 531 acres 1 rood 2 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 26201). As shown on plan No. 9/49 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 26201).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of April 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

SECTION 536, Featherston Suburban, situated in Block VIII, Waiohine Survey District, Featherston County: Area, 223 acres 3 roods, more or less (S.O. 12496). As shown on plan N. 161/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1966.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Dunedin

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1966.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 6 perches situated in Wakari Survey District, being part of Sections 115 and 116; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20259 (S.O. 12871) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of April 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes (Marsden Power Station) and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 9th day of May 1966.
