the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and mooring pile
as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS:
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) This licence expires on the 28th day of February 1978.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

Revoking Licence Authorising Clifford Alexander Cotton to Use and Occupy a part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Taieri Mouth as a Site for a Jetty
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes as from 1 March 1966, the licence of 29 September 1964, published in the Gazette, 15 October 1964, page 1812, licensing Clifford Alexander Cotton to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Taieri Mouth, as shown on plan marked M.D. 8982 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a jetty thereon as shown on the said plan.

Declaring Water-Ski Access Lane in Lake Rotoma
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby declares that, for a period of two years from the date hereof, subject to compliance with the conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, the area of water described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be an access lane and that within such access lane regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE access lane shall be marked as follows:
(1) Two 8 ft transit posts with a distance of not less than 10 ft or more than 20 ft between and painted with 12 in. bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land in line with each side of the access lane, the first post being sited on the lake margin.
(2) On each of the transit posts sited on the lake margin there shall be fastened in line with the sides of the access lane, a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft painted bright orange with black lettering.
(3) The aforesaid notice board shall contain the following notice:
"NOTICE
Motor Launch Regulations 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT."
(4) A marker buoy, either barrel, drum or spherical shaped, painted bright orange with a vertical black stripe, shall be moored 200 yards from the lake margin and in line with each set of transit posts.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water at the south-eastern end of Lake Rotoma within 200 yards of the edge of the water and bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart, the south-western boundary being extended in a 303° true direction from an orange and black painted post on the shore approximately 100 yards north-east of the boat launching site.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Tata Bay bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart extending on a bearing of 306° true direction 200 yards from the edge of the water, the north-western boundary being 50 yards north-easterly from the Tarakohe Sea Angler's ramp.
