Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kumeu and is there open for inspection and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Licensing Taupo Boatyards Ltd. to Use and Occupy Parts of the Bed of Lake Taupo as Sites for Mooring Piles

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Taupo Boatyards Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy parts of the bed of Lake Taupo as shown on plan marked M.D. 12218 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon mooring piles as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be two years from the 1st day of April 1966.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten pounds (£10) ($20).
