GORE BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

West Gore Drainage Loan 1963, £53,000

THE Gore Borough Council, at its meeting held on 21 February 1966, passed the following resolution in respect of the second issue of £15,000 of the above loan:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £15,000 authorised to be raised by the Gore Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act, the said Gore Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one three three one pence (.1331d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Gore; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on the 21st day of September and the 21st day of March in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years."

Review of Henderson District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that by resolution of the Henderson Borough Council, made on the 11th day of February 1966, pursuant to its powers under regulation 18 (7) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, the closing date for lodging objections thereto previously publicly notified as the 14th day of February 1966 has been extended to the 14th day of March 1966.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Pukerua Bay Section of Hutt County District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Hutt County Council, made on 16 February 1966, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to Pukerua Bay. The scheme has been deposited in the Hutt County Council Office, Bowen House, Wellington, and Pukerua Bay Post Office, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing on form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 31 May 1966. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of the Wainuiomata Section, Hutt County District Planning Scheme

PURSUANT to regulation 18 (7) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, the Hutt County Council resolved at its meeting held on 19 January 1966, to extend the closing date for objections to the district scheme.

Objections to the scheme or any part thereof shall be in writing on form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 31 March 1966.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

Consent to Departure From Mount Wellington District Scheme

It is hereby notified that on the 14th day of February 1966 the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to a specified departure from the provisions of the Mount Wellington Borough Council's Operative District Scheme, pursuant to an application made by Claude Neon Lights of New Zealand Ltd., by permitting the applicant company to use as predominant uses certain land situated at Morrin Road, Mount Wellington (more particularly described as all that piece of land containing 6 acres and 0·5 of a perch, more or less, being all the land comprised in a plan lodged for deposit under No. 55285, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 489, folio 232, and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 490, folio 181 (North Auckland Registry), notwithstanding that the said land is and shall remain zoned as Industrial "B" in the said operative district scheme) for the purpose of the manufacture of industrial, commercial, or domestic electrical and other lighting products, fixtures, components, signs, and appliances, including for those purposes, sheet metal work, light steel fabrication and assembly, glass tubing fabrication, and the painting and finishing of such products, together with the erection on the said land of a factory building or block, an administration office, a wholesale and retail lighting showroom, and other buildings incidental to such purposes.

WOODVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Review of Borough of Woodville District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 16th day of December 1965, the Borough of Woodville district scheme as already operative is under review; the Council has recommended that the scheme with the changes now incorporated therein be approved.

The scheme as now recommended by the Council has been deposited in the borough offices and public library and is there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme or in respect of any portion of the operative district scheme which the Council proposes to confirm without any change may be made by way of written notice in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked "Objection to district scheme", and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4p.m. on the 8th day of April 1966.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
