A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Second Schedule to the Proclamation, dated the 25th day of February 1965, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 11 March 1965, No. 12, at page 310, proclaiming land as road, closing road, closing and vesting road in Herbert Keith Paddison, and taking land in Block III, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1966.
