PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become County Road.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that road known as Blatch Road situated in Block IX, Mararoa Survey District, Wallace County, commencing at its junction with State Highway No. 94, approximately 1 mile east of Te Anau and proceeding thence in a generally southerly direction through Part Run 301B for a distance of approximately 27 chains to its abuttal with Section 1, Block IX, Mararoa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20100 (S.O. 7420) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Wainuiomata College Board of Governors Order 1966

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Wainuiomata College Board of Governors Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1966.
- On and after the 1st day of June 1966 the Board of Governors of the school formerly known as Wainuiomata Post-primary School, and now known as Wainuiomata College, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
(b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Hutt County Council;
(d) One member elected by the school committees of the Arakura State Primary School, the Fernlea State Primary School, the Glendale State Primary School, the Wainuiomata State Primary School, the Wainuiomata East State Primary School, and the Woodhatton State Primary School;
(e) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

The Minister of Education may from time to time, by notice in the Gazette, amend the list of schools to which paragraph (d) of clause 2 of this order applies.

The Wainuiomata Post-primary School Board of Governors Order 1962* is hereby revoked.
