Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area situated in Blocks I and II, Wairaki Survey District, Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing 5,000 acres approximately and bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the south-east boundary of the Takitimu Survey District and the Aparima River and proceeding thence south-easterly generally along the Aparima River to its junction with the bush edge, being also the western boundary of Run 560, Wairaki Survey District, thence southerly generally along the western boundary of Run 560, to the Wairaki River being also the eastern boundary of Takitimu Survey District; thence northerly and north-easterly along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Takitimu Survey District to the point of commencement. As shown on plan numbered 201/15 and deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service in Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of February 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Helensville as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1966.

ALL that piece of road containing 6·6 perches situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Borough of Helensville, North Auckland Land District, being all of the land on D.P. 26942, being part Te Rewarewa Block. All certificate of title, Volume 689, folio 175, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a scenic reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1966.
