CORRIGENDUM

IN the Schedule to the notice declaring land to be subject
to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953 (Maniapoto Development Scheme) published in the
Gazette, 30 July 1964, No. 46, page 1217, for “Kakepuku
9B 2C 2B2” read “Kakepuku 9B 2C 2B2 part”.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of
Street at Stratford

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the
publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the
said street shall be under the control of the Stratford Borough
Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like
manner as other public highways are controlled and main-
tained by the said Council.

All situated in the Borough of Stratford (S.O. 9772).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 20424, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
23rd day of February 1966.

Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the
Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

PART Lot 6, Deposited Plan No. 2160 (being part Section 1,
Square 85, Amuri), and Part Rural Section 38803, situated in
Block I, Cheviot Survey District: Area, 2 roods 0·4 perches,
more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 304, folio 58,
and Part land in Proclamation No. 623919. As shown on plan
marked L. and S. 1/429E, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon
edged red (S.O. Plan 9276L).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this

Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be
Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a
public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—TUAPEKA COUNTY

Lot 1, D.P. 8377, being part Section 43, Block XI, Tuapeka
West Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 26·6 perches, more
or less. Balance certificate of title, Volume 379, folio 209.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of February 1966.
