BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of November 1965 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT All that piece of road containing 1 rood 26·1 perches situated in Block IX, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Lot 3, D.P. 14421, being part Allotment 102, Parish of Waiuku East; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19821 (S.O. 42335), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Raglan County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Adjoining or passing through 0 3 38·4 Part Allotment 167, Parish of Karamu. 0 0 1·1 Part Allotment 167, Parish of Karamu. 0 0 2·2 Allotment 66B, No. 3D, No. 4, Parish of Waipa. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19883 (S.O. 42881), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Authorising the Taranaki Electric Power Board to Purchase or Construct Electric Works

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Taranaki Electric Power Board to purchase or construct electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the Taranaki Electric Power District as defined in the Proclamations and Order in Council specified in the Schedule hereto.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Wellington Harbour Board to reclaim from Wellington Harbour at Kaiwharawhara 5 acres of land, more or less, as shown coloured pink on plan marked M.D. 12043c and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
